Letter: Concert Hall needs elevators for access

The Blaisdell Concert Hall needs elevators to provide balcony and restroom access for handicapped and elderly viewers and performers (“$43.6M makeover to start at Blaisdell,” Star-Advertiser, March 31).

A major renovation would be incomplete without them.
